Ingredients
- 300ml double cream
- 3 tbsp Biscoff spread
Instructions
- Add 1/3 of the cream to a bowl and using a hand mixer, whip to soft peaks.
- Add fhe Biscoff and whisk briefly to combine.
- Add the rest of the cream and return to soft peaks. Take care not to over whip at this point, or you will lose that silky smooth texture that pipes and spreads so beautifully!
What is Biscoff?
Biscoff, short for "Biscoff Belgian Speculoos," refers to a brand of spiced shortcrust biscuits. These biscuits are also commonly known as speculoos. The most well-known product of this brand is Biscoff Cookies, which are thin, crunchy, caramelised biscuits with a distinct spiced flavour.
Beyond cookies, Biscoff has expanded its product line to include Biscoff Spread, which is a creamy spread made from finely ground Biscoff cookies. Biscoff Spread has a smooth, spreadable consistency similar to peanut butter or Nutella and can be used as a topping, filling, or ingredient in various recipes.
