Ingredients
- 3-4 mangoes, cut in to chunks (or about 300g shop bought frozen mango)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- The juice of one lime
Instructions
- If using fresh mango, peel and cube your mango then freeze for 2-3 hours.
- Once frozen, add the mango to a food processor along with the juice of one lime and the maple syrup.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- You can serve this straight away, or transfer to a freezer safe container for when you need it!
- Great in a cone sprinkled with pistachios, or on it's own in a bowl with a little fresh min.!
Make Ahead Tip:
By freezing your mango the night before you can make this recipe straight away. It's also great with added frozen raspberries too, so feel free to experiment with different fruits.
