Ingredients
- 1 roll of ready rolled puff pastry
- 1 tbsp Biscoff spread
- 150g full fat cream cheese
- Chocolate chips
- Egg wash
Optional: Demerara sugar to sprinkle round the edges.
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 180ºc and line a tray with grease proof paper.
- Unroll the puff pastry and cut out 6 equal circles. Lay on the prepared tray at least 2 inches apart.
- In a small bowl beat the Biscoff spread and cream cheese until smooth. Pipe into the the centre of each puff pastry circle leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips into the middle and brush the edges with egg wash. Sprinkle with sugar if using.
- Bake for 12 minutes and enjoy whilst warm!
