Ingredients
- 1 pack of ready made puff pastry
- 3 tbsp Biscoff spread
- 300ml double cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Egg wash or milk to glaze and optional sprinkles
Instructions
- Pre heat the oven to 200°c and line a tray with greaseproof paper. Wrap 8 pastry cones with foil.
- Unroll the pastry and cut lengthways into 1cm strips. Wrap round the cones, overlapping each strip slightly so there are no gaps.
- Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a shallow bowl.
- Brush the pastry cones with egg or milk to glaze and roll in the cinnamon sugar to cover. Stand on the prepared tray and bake for 15 minutes.
- Whilst they cool make the filling. Add 1/3 of the cream to a bowl and using a hand mixer, whip to soft peaks. Add fhe Biscoff and whisk briefly to combine. Add the rest of the cream and return to soft peaks.Pipe into each cone and top with sprinkles if you prefer! Enjoy!
As these are made with fresh whipped cream they are best consumed immediately
Can I use anything other than Biscoff?
Yes! These work really well with Nutella, or even whipped cream on it's own sweetened with a little icing sugar and vanilla extract!
