Recipe details
Ingredients
- 2 x small white chocolate Easter Eggs, halved (I used Cadburys Buttons)
- 250g full fat cream cheese
- 150ml double cream
- 100g custard creams
- 50g golden caster sugar
- 125g Black Milk Hazelnut Cream
To decorate: Malteser Bunnies, Mini Eggs, crushed, more Hazelnut Cream for drizzling

Instructions
- Begin by blitzing the biscuits in a food processor (or freezer bag with a rolling pin) Divide evenly between the four Easter Egg shells, smoothing over. Chill whilst you make the filling.
- For the filling, cream the cream cheese and sugar in a medium mixing bowl until smooth.
- Warm the Hazelnut Cream until runny and add to the mixing bowl with the double cream. Whisk until smooth and glossy.
- Using a spoon or piping bag, fill each egg shell to the top with filling and smooth over with a palette knife.
- To top, drizzle over a little more Hazelnut Cream, add a Malteaser Bunny and sprinkle over crushed Mini Eggs. Leave to chill if you can wait that long- or dig in for a light, mousse-like cheesecake!
