Ingredients
- 400g fresh gnocchi
- 1 tsp mixed dried herbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 50g garlic and herb butter
- 30g grated parmesan
To serve:
- 1 tin or carton of soup
- Grated cheese to top
Instructions
- Pre heat your air fryer to 180ºc
- Combine all the gnocchi ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Spread evenly over the base of the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes, shaking every 4-5 minutes to ensure they cook evenly and don’t stick.
- Serve with a bowl of hot soup, with grilled cheese on top and dunk away . . . It’s literally that easy!
Can I make this in the oven?
You can but I have found the oven never seems as crispy - still tasty though! When making an air fryer recipe in the oven I generally add 20% on to the time but as all appliances are different, always keep an eye on it.
