Ingredients
- 200g Carnation Condensed Milk
- 100g raspberries
- 200g strawberries
- 100ml apple juice
- 50g dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp freeze dried strawberries
Instructions
- Add the Carnation Condensed Milk to a blender with the berries and apple juice. Blend until smooth.
- Distribute between 8 lolly moulds and freeze overnight. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Release lollies from the moulds and dip the top half in the melted chocolate, then in the strawberry pieces.
- Lay on a tray covered in greaseproof paper and return to the freezer for 15 minutes before wrapping in cling film until needed.

- An 8 hole lolly mould
