Ingredients
- 200g milk chocolate
- Hot chocolate powder
- Mini marshmallows
- Red M&M minis
- Sprinkles
- Black and brown icing (either make your own with a little icing sugar and water, or use shop bought icing pens)

- Spoon the melted chocolate into your mould cavities and spread with the back of a teaspoon or pastry brush to cover evenly.
- Leave to chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours (or overnight)
- Carefully release from the mould and fill 6 of the halves with 2-3 tsp hot chocolate powder, mini marshmallows and sprinkles.
- Briefly hold the edges of the remaining six halves on a hot pan to melt the edges slightly, then press against the filled halves to seal.
- Pipe on the reindeer faces and fix a red nose in place with a little icing.
- Enjoy by placing one of your hot chocolate bombs in your favourite Christmas mug and pour over hot milk slowly, watching the chocolate melt and the fillings spring out.
- Stir, top with a little aerosol cream and enjoy!
